Online Ordering error/ Pending Payment
If you received an error message when attempting to place your order and the order didn't go through, you might notice that your payment is showing as "pending" on your statement.
Typically, we will only receive the funds upon the success of an order being fully processed, however, some financial institutions and PayPal can hold the pending payment for up to 5 business days in your account before dropping the charge when an issue occurs.
If you notice that the payment has been removed from the "pending" status and the funds have been taken, or for any further clarity on an issue, please raise this with our Customer Service Team for direct investigation.
Double Charged for In-Store Order
If you've noticed you have been double charged for your order placed in-store; please return to the store and present your statement showing the double charge to the crew.
Double Charged for Online Order
If you notice a duplicate transaction for an order you placed online please check that both charges have been removed from the "pending" status. If both payments have gone through and the funds have been taken from your account, please note this to our Customer Service team so we can investigate this.
For any other payment issues, or if your payment method is declined, please raise all details with our Customer Service Team to allow us to investigate and identify any problems.
